I served in the US Army (36H20) E4 from 1970 to 1972. I am a biomedical engineer, entrepreneur, and corporate executive. I co-founded Protocol Systems Inc. and led the development of the ProPaq portable patient monitor which has been the standard field monitor for the military for over 25 years. I am currently the President and CEO of NIVasc Inc. in Vancouver WA, which is developing the VasoMap, an innovative new noninvasive viewpoint on the Peripheral Vascular Loop of the body and the first noninvasive central venous pressure monitor. The Vasomap integrates both arterial, capillary, and venous pressure and volume data for substantially improved vascular monitoring, all noninvasive.
